It covers an area of 520 m² on a single floor and has been designed to fulfil all the functions of a quality accommodation: reception, bar, restaurant, kitchen, public services, office, rooms with bathrooms for up to 36 people, service areas and a small kitchen for guests.
Renewable energy systems were integrated into the building: solar thermal energy for heating and domestic water, photovoltaic energy, natural ventilation for cooling and a rainwater recovery system. The roof is entirely made of exposed glulam beams.
